Job Description
The Quality Inspector is responsible for verifying and approving production runs, completing associated paperwork, and performing regular quality checks on products across various production machines. This role ensures products meet specifications and are ready for release for sale. The inspector follows all safety rules and company-established manufacturing and quality methods and processes while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities also include reading computer specifications, verifying lot numbers, quarantining products, and conducting root cause analysis. Quality checks are performed every 60 minutes on the production floor.

The position involves working both on the production floor to check products and in an office environment for documentation tasks. Employees enjoy a climate-controlled environment. The position will train on the first shift for 2-3 weeks before moving to the third shift. Shift hours are as follows: 1st shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; 2nd shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, with possible Saturday shifts every other week; 3rd shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM. There is potential for overtime work, though it is not mandatory.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
