Quality Inspector
The Quality Inspector performs quality inspections, and the physical and related administrative tasks to support our NQA-1 Quality Assurance program. This position relies on experience and judgment to accomplish the work under minimal supervision, and is responsible for accepting, rejecting, and ordering rework of the items.

Your Challenge:
Performs receipt and final inspections, assists with in-process inspections, as necessary.
Conducts a wide variety of inspections, checks and tests for quality control for the manufacturing of products.
Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.
Prepares, load and unload shipments including documentation and verification.
Carries out manufacturing inspections and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials to ensure that company standards are met.
May assist in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, packaging, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
Prioritize work to meet commitments and deadlines.
Must be able to multi-task and integrate with other team members and stakeholders.
Be a self-starter and proactively advance projects to completion.
Provide clear documentation and record keeping.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Your Expertise:
Due to the nature of work performed at this site, incumbents must be a U.S. Person.
2+ years’ experience in Quality Control preferred, or applicable transferable experience.
High school diploma and/or Technical Trade school.
Experienced in using business computers and applications.
Able to work independently, and in a team setting.
Willing to be cross-trained in all aspects of QC, shipping, and materials management.
Experience working under a formal Quality Assurance program such as NQA-1 or ISO-9000 is a plus.
