The Quality Improvement Analyst (QIA) will collaborate closely with SRU Management and various internal departments to support the review and enhancement of quality standards for transactions processed within the SRU. This role focuses on driving consistent process improvements, reinforcing adherence to policies and procedures. The QIA will partner with Associates to support their understanding of department and firm policies, assist with resolving processing challenges, and coordinate with the Risk and Training teams to enhance quality initiatives. Additionally, QIAs will take ownership of projects that impact the SRU, working with internal and cross-functional partners.

We are looking for a Quality Improvement Analyst (QIA) to join our Mumbai team. This role supports quality improvement efforts within the SRU by assisting with process reviews, gathering, and sharing feedback, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen overall team performance. The QIA will work in close partnership with SRU Managers, Trainers, and Associates to help drive consistency and understanding of quality standards. This role requires strong collaboration, diligence, and the ability to work effectively across time zones with global partners.


Key Responsibilities:

> Assist in reviewing quality reports and identifying patterns or areas of focus based on department policies and guidelines
> Collaborate with Managers and Associates to support quality-related discussions and help implement improvements in daily processes
> Provide input and context to Managers and Trainers to aid in performance support and coaching conversation.
> Participate in calibration sessions and team meetings to support consistency in quality expectations across teams
> Help identify opportunities for process improvement or areas that may benefit from additional sampling or clarification
> Contribute to projects that focus on enhancing efficiency, quality, and alignment across the SRU
> Maintain a working knowledge of firm policies and procedures to support accurate and informed quality discussions
> Comfortably manage recurring meetings across global time zones and maintain strong communication with U.S.-based teams
> Perform other support-related tasks as needed Qualifications:

Strong leadership capabilities with previous experience in a leadership or team support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to research, analyze, and respond to inquiries with clarity and precision
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing tasks across multiple priorities
Flexibility to participate in recurring meetings across global time zones
