QUALITY IMPROV COORD - RADIOLO
Position Summary:
The Imaging Services QI Coordinator reports to the Executive Director of Imaging Services and works with the Radiologists and Technical Specialists to achieve high quality patient care. He/she interacts with executives, Radiologists, and departmental level staff to identify areas of opportunity. This knowledge is used to achieve departmental goals, improve patient safety and patient satisfaction, and ensure compliance with ODH regulations.   Department Summary:
The Imaging Department offers patients cutting-edge treatment options and state-of-the-art medical imaging technology in a comfortable and easily accessible setting.   Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•Knowledge of Imaging Department   Skills:
•Comfortable speaking to large groups and presenting
•Detail oriented
•Adaptability to changing work environment or needs
•Time Management Skills
•Ability to multi-task and prioritize
•Significant interaction with executive-level initiatives
•Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to maintain confidentiality
•Ability to build working relationships with both internal and external customers   Responsibilities & Expectations:
•Maintain strong relationships with executive and department level personnel of the Imaging Services Department
•Communicate with the Radiation Safety Officer regarding compliance of all ODH regulations
•Communicate with Directors to ensure excellent patient care across the continuum
•Facilitate all department Medical Staff and Quality Improvement meetings •Provide support during meetings and oversee logistics
•Create and foster a work environment that is consistent with the Mission, Vision and Values of the Aultman Health Foundation
•Support Aultman Health Foundation in strategic organizational goals
•Abide by the Aultman Health System Code of Conduct at all times

•Work eight hours a day.
•Hybrid/WFH schedule available
•Cross training in all areas in the department is required.
•Subject to varying and unpredictable situations
•Subject to interruptions
•Focused ability to work alone or in group setting   Hazardous Exposure Category: Select Category I, II or III and delete the other categories.
Category I – Includes tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
All procedures or other job-related tasks that involve an inherent potential for spills or splashes of, or mucous membrane or skin contact with blood, body fluids or tissues are Category I tasks. Use of appropriate protective measures is required for every employee engaged in Category I tasks.
