Job DescriptionQuality & Environmental Management SystemsEnsure the effective implementation and continual improvement of the company’s Quality and Environmental Management Systems.Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other applicable certifications.Process Control & MonitoringMonitor factory processes to ensure they operate within controlled environments and meet defined quality and environmental requirementsOversee the implementation and effectiveness of Statistical Process Control (SPC) across relevant operations.Documentation & System ControlEnsure all quality and environmental documentation is properly maintained, updated, and controlled.Act as Key User for PJ POMS, ensuring system integrity and data accuracy.Waste Management & Legal ComplianceManage scheduled, general, and domestic waste in accordance with legal and environmental regulations as per ISO14001Oversee the scrap yard and scheduled waste storage areas to ensure proper handling and compliance.Environmental RequirementEnsure the sewage treatment plant is monitored and maintained in compliance with legal and environmental standards.Compliance Management SystemConduct regular evaluations of compliance obligations and ensure all requirements are fulfilledPlant Compliance Contact person for compliance Management systemLeadership & Team ManagementLead and manage the Quality System Team to ensure high performance, collaboration, and continuous developmentProvide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to achieve departmental goals.

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Technology) or Mathematics is preferred. Candidates with relevant experience and qualifications will be considered an advantage.Certified as Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2008, trained as ISO/TS 16949, OHSAS 18001 and EMS ISO 14001 auditor. Further qualification encouraged.
