\t\t\t\t\t•\tSet goals, monitor progress, and ensure accountability for teams and individual members•\tAccountable for managing resources to ensure key quality department metrics are met•\tCollaborate with internal and external customers’ quality and engineering personnel to determine critical part features and review manufacturability of design•\tMake recommendations to modify customer part specifications and tolerances as necessary to support cost effective production•\tProvide engineering support to operations ensuring consistent application of quality techniques•\tResolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources•\tEffectively communicate and reinforce company commitment to quality improvement efforts•\tDetermine when process stability and capability studies should be performed on existing processes. Review and analyze results. Recommend changes to processes based upon findings and perform follow up to verify effectiveness•\tParticipate and coordinate with other department (i.e.: Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, Tooling, Operations, etc.) product Quality planning activities to determine appropriate use of existing and new systems•\tFacilitate and promote use of appropriate problem-solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective action•\tParticipate directly in internal and external customer PPM improvement plan•\tResponsible and accountable to the performance of the Quality team/group

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
