The Sr. Quality Manager role offers global exposure within NI and to our customers and enables the quality team to be outstanding in reaching business goals and objectives and demonstrating ‘Total Quality Management’ across all departments!
This role will report to the Global Quality Department and will be engaged extensively with the Business Units, Global Services, Manufacturing, and R&D to ensure that customers’ expectations are met!

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics), Material Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, with a strong emphasis on data analytics. Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools. Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Solid knowledge of quality standards and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC, DOE). Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable quality improvements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical collaborators. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Snowflake warehousing Platform is a plus. Excellent communication skills Ability to lead and drive issue managementPreferred Qualifications:
Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt or equivalent certification. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Semiconductor, electronics, medical devices, aerospace, automotive). Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive quality analytics. Experience with ERP and MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Expectations:
