Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to oversee investigations into customer complaints, execute root cause analysis, and conduct testing of returned products to understand and resolve issues. This role will involve collaboration with the R&D team to identify effective solutions.
ResponsibilitiesInvestigate customer complaints regarding product issues.Conduct root cause analysis and testing protocols to determine underlying problems.Open returned products for thorough examination and testing.Document findings and communicate results to the engineering team.Monitor ongoing customer complaints and ensure proper documentation.Essential SkillsProficiency in conducting investigations and root cause analysis.Experience with product testing and complaint documentation.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with NCR (Non-Conformance Report) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes.Familiarity with document control procedures.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
