What will your responsibilities be?

Interface with the customer (Parts Return Center) in the event of warranty cases (Customer Support)Implementation, maintenance, and further development of a warranty system –> according to VDA Volume “Field Failure Analysis & Audit Standard” and MBN 10448Management of the customer's warranty system, including warranty agreements -> does it mean MBST requirements or with suppliers (BOS)? Is not part of JiT normally.Tracking of corrective actions in warranty cases (8D, Corrective Action)Supporting plants in the creation of warranty roadmaps and participating in or conducting lessons learned workshops to ensure the integration of quality-relevant information (Training & Communication)Continuous monitoring of the customer's warranty system and regular conversation with customer about the status of field failuresUnderstanding field complaints and analysis of root cause

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

High school education – manufacturing (advantage)Minimum 1 year in the Automotive IndustryKnowledge of AIAG Quality Planning and Control Plan standards, FMEA, PPAP, dimensional layouts, gage/fixture design, and performance material testing - advantageKnowledge of PC software applications, e.g. Microsoft OfficeGood knowledge of English (on a communication level) and Hungarian (mother tongue)Standard PC skills, experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
