Location/Division Specific Information

Clinical Next Generation Sequencing Division (CSD) supplies “sample to answer” instrument, software and reagent solutions; has the leading position in research markets; and is the market leader in targeted sequencing and clinical Next- Generation Sequencing.

This position plays a substantial role in ensuring products meet the required quality standards.

A day in the Life:

Responsible for the inspection and acceptance of raw materials from critical supplier.Record inspection results accurately and promptly. Document any defects or quality issues identified.Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to address quality concerns. Work with suppliers to resolve issues or initiate rejections if necessary.Audit processes and procedures for compliance.Attention to detail, keen defect discovery, strong communication, and collaboration skills are essential.

Keys to Success:

Education

High School Diploma with 2+ years of experience in quality role; Associates degree preferred.

Experience

Proven problem-solving abilities, a dedication to quality, and the determination to successfully implement solutions are key attributes for this role.Experience with Quality Systems (Change Control, deviations, complaint management, documentation management).Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 standards a plus.Quality Assurance experience is highly desired.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptable.Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $66,000.00–$99,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
