What you'll do...
Lead the quality assurance team in strong collaboration with the ESE functional team to ensure delivery of quality event at major vehicle program milestonesProvide the voice of quality by assessing engineering deliverables against program requirements. Ability to defend position when counter to function's assessment Drive the team to develop robust test plans using the failure mode avoidance tools such as Boundary Diagrams. P-Diagrams and DFMEA Drive improvements and robustness into test methods and requirementsProvide initial problem-solving guidance to teams leveraging the 3-Legged 5-Why and Six Sigma methodologies on developmental failures and launch issues. Help teams develop robust prevent recurrence action plans for issues that were discovered during testing and launch.
