**Process Overview**
CFPT leads the development of the next generation of integrated technology solutions for the company’s consumer and wealth management client-facing channels. Manages the bank’s award-winning websites and e-Commerce initiatives. Responsible for the technology that drives key client-facing platforms and channels across Retail, Preferred, and GWIM including our Digital, Online, Mobile, Contact Center and Voice, Payments and Commerce, Fraud, Financial Center and Architecture Technologies
**Job Description**
This role is responsible for working closely with performance test leads, project teams, and application development leads to develop and execute test scenarios and test scripts that exercise production-like scenarios to ensure that change is optimized for performance and free from performance defects that would negatively impact the customer experience. Extract and define user requirements
**Responsibilities**
• Extensive knowledge HP Performance Center/Load Runner using Web, Web Services and other protocols
• Strong Knowledge about .Net/Java Technology stack
• Understanding of database technologies, specifically Oracle and SQL Server.
• Understanding of middleware technologies.
•Experience with virtualization technologies and platforms.
•Prior experience with tuning / optimization of software applications
•Manage requirements gathering, test plan development, execution, and Analyzing & reporting
•Create/maintain various testing artifacts and testing reports during the lifecycle of the project.
•Bring in best practices, lessons learned to the team.
•Strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills.
**Requirements**
**Education** B.E./ B Tech / M.E./M Tech M.C.A [with B.Sc., B Com, BBM] M.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, S/W, Mathematics, Electronics, Physics, Statistics)
+ **Certifications If Any: NA**
**Experience Range:** 10 to 15 years
**Foundational skills**
+ Load Runner/ Performance Center (Resource must have this skill-set in order for the interview to be scheduled)
+ Vugen Scripting in HTML and Web Service Protocols
+ Plus one other client base protocol
+ Controller / Performance Center
+ Profiling tool expertise like Dynatrace, Diagnostics, Introscope
+ Sitescope
+ Java
+ VBSCRIPT
+ Database knowledge ( oracle )
+ Must have worked one of the protocols that is in .Net, Database, DCOM, GUI, java, Network, Orcale, Remote Access or Template bundles
**Desired skills**
+ JavaScript
+ SQL Server
+ ASP Knowledge
Programming Languages & Tools
Knowledge in C programming Knowledge on version control/configuration management tools Should have excellent analytical and technical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in writing & analysis of queries for any database.
