Opportunity Overview: + Initiates corrective action request as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion + Assists with development and implementation of quality audits + Responsible for developing, applying, revising and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products + Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation + Approves product, process, and equipment qualifications + Directs wokers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability + Generates or establish procedures in accordance to ISO standards + Work with Supplier Quality Engineering and suppliers for any material quality issues and drive for improvements + Initiates, review and approve ECNs for product's reliability, quality and improvement + Performs final quality check to product before shipping to customer. If you’re ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position. + Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent courses. + Must have high analytical skills. + Must have a high sense of urgency. + Must be capable of leading or interfacing with cross-functional teams across different levels of the organization. + Must have solid software and hardware troubleshooting skills (e.g. C++, Visual Basic). + Must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. + Proficient in computer operation, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, etc), and familiarity with internet based program navigation, with ability to generate and interpret computer data. + Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
