**Description:** Apply quality principles in the areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation, program performance, reliability, inventory control, and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality for make and/or buy products\. Perform technical evaluations including product requirements, specifications, models/designs, drawings and procedures\. Design and analyze inspection and testing processes, mechanisms, and equipment; conducts product quality test, performs statistical analysis to assess products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications\. Possess a continuous improvement mindset through involvement in product, process, and surveillance audit/assessment activities, complete Hardware Quality Audits \(HQAs\) and Foreign Object Elimination \(FOE\) Walk Downs, Work audit findings to root cause and implement corrective and preventative measures, etc\. Collaborate with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and customers on quality related issues to ensure quality standards are in place\. Engage in product failure investigations, material review board decisions and corrective/preventative action\. Ensure corrective measures meet acceptable reliability and/or supplier performance and productivity\. Evaluate quality systems for deficiencies identification and recommend correction actions\. Investigates and works non\-conformance issues through root cause/corrective action\. **Basic Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in and Engineering discipline \(Electrical, Industrial, Computer, Chemical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, etc\.\) • Problem Solving/ Root cause analysis **Desired Skills:** • Manufacturing experience in Circuit Card Assembly, Wiring Harnesses, and/or Printed Wiring Boards\. • ASQ certification • Six Sigma Green Belt certification • Familiarity with industry standards \(AS9100, ISO 9001, IPC and J\-STD\)\. • Experience conducting First Article Inspections to AS9102 and working with government customers\. • SAP experience\. • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance \(GD&T\)\. **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\.
