Job Description:

This position reports to the Head of Safety and Quality, and assists the position of Safety Management and Quality Management in safety and quality management to achieve the company's aviation maintenance safety and quality goals. 

1.Assist in the improvement of safety and quality systems.

2.Assist in the improvement of process/procedures like MMM, MOE, SOP, WI, etc.

3.Assist in the development and follow-up of maintenance capability approvals and certifications.

4.Supporting the Safety Action Group in the management of risks and opportunities.

5.Supporting the Internal Investigation, Audit and Statutory Self-examination.

6.Supporting the Management of Change.

7.Supporting the Aviation Material Inspection.

8.Managing the Maintenance Records.

9.Managing the CAAC Regulations, Normative, Telegraphs and so on. 

10.Supervise the maintenance work, feedback, coordination and resolution of quality issues;

11.Participate in the development of internal documentation.

12.Provide expertise on document management and archiving management.

13.Liaising with local authorities.

14.Functionally report to the position of Quality Management and Safety Management for any malfunctions and help resolve problems related to non-conformity.

15.Other tasks assigned by the N+1 manager, Quality Management and Safety Management.

QUALIFICATION

1.EDUCATION: College or above.

2.EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years of experience in the aviation maintenance industry, 3 years experience in maintenance safety and/or quality, and having aircraft maintenance experience or quality and safety experience in an airline is a bonus.

3.CERTIFICATION: 

CCAR Part-66 R3 license category TA is mandatory.

A320 and B737NG/A330 type endorsement experience is mandatory.

Auditor certification is preferred.

Maintenance Personnel License English level 3 or above is preferred.

Safety Management Personnel Certification is preferred.

Investigation Personnel Certification is preferred.

4.LANGUAGE: Chinese speaker, and basic technical English in reading, written and oral speaking.

5.KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: 

Basic knowledge of CAAC & EASA & FAA PART 145 regulations;

Basic knowledge of AS9110 and AS9120, ISO14001 & 45001, risk management, production plan and supplier management;

Skills of quality supervision, investigation, system audit, product audit, supplier audit, etc;

Skills of office software, google workspace is preferred.
