POSITION OBJECTIVE
The quality engineer develops quality requirements for the organization’s raw material, in-process Products and finished products and design and implement the measures, test sampling methods and procedures that ensures the R&D requirement are met.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform quality analysis and inspections.
Maintain and analyze quality records to prepare regular reports.
Check that established testing procedures are being followed
Identify and addresses recurring problems either with the quality of the product or the reliability procedures.
Is responsible for leading quality improvements and corrective action system PSP.
Evaluates the manufacturing processes, systems and technology and recommend changes to Improve the finished product.
Ensures all standard processes and procedures are up to date and properly followed.
Support NPD team to ensure SOP is meet.
Follow BRP values and behaviors.
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.

SKILLS:
EHS basic knowledge
GD&T
Core Tools (PFMEA, CP, SPC)
Measurement tools use and interpretation
Lean Manufacturing
Quality Management System
SCHOLARSHIP:
Bachelor in: Industrial, Mechanical or related engineering degree.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
3 years in: Fabrication and assembly environments
LANGUAGE:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially
French or german is an advantage.
