Job Description
As a Quality Engineer, you will develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate with production teams, engineers, and designers to identify and resolve potential quality issues. Your work will involve analyzing data on quality metrics, conducting audits, and providing training on quality control procedures.
Responsibilities
Implement quality control procedures in design, manufacturing, and assembly.Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.Analyze data on defect rates and customer feedback to identify trends.Work with engineers and designers to ensure quality-focused product design.Conduct audits and inspections for compliance with industry standards.Provide training to employees on quality control best practices.Ensure supplier products meet quality standards.Participate in cross-functional teams for process improvements.Lead problem-solving initiatives using root cause analysis and statistical techniques.Essential Skills
Proficiency in CMM programming and vision systems.Experience with metrology and automated equipment programming.Ability to work with tight tolerances.Experience in medical device or aerospace/defense industry.Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Minimum of 3 years of experience in CMM and Vision System programming.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the defense or healthcare industry is beneficial.Understanding of advanced statistical techniques for problem-solving.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
