We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our supportive and dynamic Production Quality team in Nagykanizsa. This is a varied and engaging role where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved in a wide range of activities—from root cause analysis and issue resolution to audits, PPAPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will lead process improvements that ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and engineering specifications. A key part of your role will be fostering accountability across the site for maintaining the Quality System, ensuring product acceptance, and driving product quality. You’ll use data analysis to identify proactive solutions and support ongoing quality and process enhancements.

JOB DUTIES:
Tackle day-to-day production issues with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset Lead the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) process and identify opportunities for improvement Investigate customer complaints and get to the root of the problem Develop smart corrective and preventive actions, ensuring they’re effectively implemented Collaborate across departments to drive quality improvements Participate in internal and customer audits, gaining valuable insight and contributing to compliance efforts
YOU MUST HAVE:
Previous experience in a Quality Engineering role, or in a related engineering discipline such as Process Engineering, Lean, or Continuous Improvement A strong improvement mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written A personable, customer-focused attitude
