1.     Take part in the advanced product quality planning, and tortoise diagram, audit new product or project; make ensure the process and product quality to be controlled, submit PPAP to customer;

2.     Lead internal functions to analyze and solve both external and internal product quality issues, assign the related department to take corrective /preventative actions to improve the product and process quality , follow up the corrective / preventative actions and verify the effectiveness of actions;

领导内部职能部门分析和解决外部和内部的产品质量问题，指派相关部门采取纠正/预防措施以提高产品和过程质量，跟踪纠正/预防措施并验证措施的有效性;

3.     Lead product audit and process audit, submit quality report and statistics on time and inform related department in time, push the internal continuous improvement;

领导产品审核和过程审核，按时提交质量报告和统计数据并及时通知相关部门，推动内部持续改进;

4.     Participate in new project development, responsible for develop control plan, standard inspection procedure and other documents, schedule and implement measure system analysis and process capability study, provide the necessary training to QC inspector;

参与新项目开发，负责制定控制计划、标准检验程序和其他文件，计划并实施测量系统分析和过程能力研究，为QC检验员提供必要的培训;

5.     Participate in production line release, process release and process validation, verify if comply with the internal quality requirements and customer requirements, check the problem closed status before SOP;

参与生产线放行、工艺放行和工艺验证，验证是否符合内部质量要求和客户要求，SOP前检查问题关闭状态;

6.     Other duties as assigned.
