PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Quality Engineer to support aerospace manufacturing operations in a onsite role. This position is ideal for professionals with blueprint reading skills, measurement expertise, and a commitment to quality standards in accordance with AS9100.

About the Role
As a Quality Engineer, you will perform inspections and quality assurance testing on raw materials, in-process components, and finished aerospace products. You’ll use various gauges and measurement tools to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform inspections and quality testing on materials and finished products.

Read and interpret blueprints to verify product specifications.

Use gauges and measurement tools to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Apply GD&T principles; CMM experience and programming are a plus.

Document inspection results and follow pre-established guidelines.

Support compliance with AS9100 aerospace quality standards.

Work under immediate supervision and report to a supervisor or manager.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

0–2 years of experience in quality inspection or aerospace manufacturing.

Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.

Proficiency in using measurement gauges and applying GD&T.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CMM operation and programming.

Familiarity with AS9100 standards and aerospace quality procedures.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $33.00 to $38.00 per hour
