Lead Critical Supplier Process to drive Supplier Quality Reject (QR) performance improvementParticipate in Quality Reviews and assigned sub-system meetingsDrive resolution of external supplier process -3MIS and 0MIS warranty concernsSupport QR procedures by supporting concern binning, reviewing threshold QRs, and providing support for QR Dispute resolutionAssist the Incoming Quality (IQ) department with non-responsive suppliersAssist suppliers and plants in QR/PPM (Parts Per Million) data accuracyCoordinate part quality confirmation process for suppliers with repetitive containment failureProvide early notification to and engage the STA Site team on potential Stop Shipments related to supplier process (SP)Act as supplier representative and liaison between STA and manufacturing plant managementSupport Daily Plant Quality Meetings (PIC Room) to report on containment of Supplier Process warranty issues, participate in forums, lead supplier preparation for Quality Review

Experience Required:

Minimum 5+ years experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Systems/Processes (ex. IATF), Continous Improvement, or Lean in a manufacturing environment.

Experience Preferred:

Manufacturing processes include: Molding, Coating/Painting, Assembly, etc

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.30 - $46.00/hr.
