Primary Responsibilities:

Develop test strategy, test plan from designs, specifications, and user requirements Develop automation test scripts Perform functional and integration testing of both GUI, non-GUI (transactional) systems Partner with developers to improve and implement automate test solutions Perform software installations, configurations, and debugging of test environments Conduct demonstrations and training with other departments and for support teams Assist the customer support team troubleshoot application issues in production Train and mentor new quality engineers Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree AND at least 5+ years of experience developing mission-critical software applications or Master’s Degree AND at least 3+ years of experience developing mission-critical software applications Technical Skills:
Engineering: Hands-on experience building and deploying AI models in real-world applications Cloud Platforms: Experience with Microsoft Azure and Log analysisDatabases: Familiar with SQL Server and T-SQL Agile Scrum : Proven expertise in leading Agile teams, Scrum practices, and certified in PMP/SAFe Programming Languages: Proficient in Javascript, Java , SpringBoot and LinuxAI Testing : Skilled in API & Performance Testing (JMeter & Playwrights) Version Control & DevOps: Comfortable using GitHub and working with CI/CD pipelines Skills
Java & JavaScript, SQL, Networking, Cloud Infra, Linux Command, Automation - Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and Jmeter
