Your ‘day to day’: 

Provide technical quality support to improve material, product, and process performance. Address quality issues with timely risk assessments and action plans.Investigate non-conformities, manage NCRs, implement corrective actions, and ensure proper documentation and closure.Define, maintain, and train on QMS procedures to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.Lead initiatives to enhance product quality and productivity using Lean, TPM, and Total Quality concepts.Manage internal and external complaints, PRSSM, and trend analysis for timely resolution.Support internal and external audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and documented. Theses audits include but are not limited to ISO 9001, ISO-17025, and contact audits. Foster collaboration and deliver training to promote quality excellence across teams.Promote and apply PMI standards for sustainability, health, safety, and environment.Lead qualification and monitoring of direct materials, ensuring they meet acceptance criteria and performance standards.Coordinate indirect material assessments, ensuring safety compliance and proper documentation.Manage BUBD shelf-life extension processes for direct materials and semi-finished products, ensuring timely requests and accurate records.
