Role:
Responsible for ensuring and improving the quality of products and processes through data analysis, audits, problem solving and compliance with standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
What the candidate will do:
Perform analysis of measurement systems; collect, analyze, and report non-conformance data from the areas of machining, heat treatment, and assembly.Analyze non-conformance data and maintain quality system documentation aiding decision-making.Participate in and provide technical support to internal and external audits; follow-up of the response of the corrective action of the audit in ISO9001, CAV, CQMS, among others.Interact with manufacturing team members to determine the root cause of quality issues and ensure corrective and preventative actions are in place.Education requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalentConversational Intermediate EnglishWhat skills the ideal candidate will have:
Quality Management:
Advanced knowledge in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.Management of quality audits under standards such as ISO 9001, CQMS, CAV, among others.Ability to interpret statistical data and apply process control tools such as SPC, MSA, CPK and control charts.Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in continuous improvement projects.Knowledge in the management of customer requirements and compliance with applicable regulations.Mastery of the APQP process for the development, updating and improvement of control plans, flowcharts, DFMEA and PFMEA.Advanced knowledge of PPAP elements for the validation of technical information sent to customers or received from suppliers.Collaborating:
Ability to understand and apply collaborative processes within the organization.Knowledge of the concept of collaboration and its impact on the achievement of organizational objectives.Ability to provide concrete examples of effective collaboration in work environments.Ability to differentiate between collaborative and competitive styles in organizational contexts.Flexibility and Adaptability:

Management of structured methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, PDCA and RCCA to address quality issues.Ability to make data-driven decisions, using quantitative and qualitative information to identify root causes, assess risks, and select effective solutions.Ability to implement sustainable solutions, establish effective controls, and validate results to ensure their long-term effectiveness.Manufacturing Standards, Procedures, and Policies:
Active contribution in the development and implementation of manufacturing procedures for processes such as machining, heat treatment and assembly.Knowledge in the application of quality standards and procedures in the aforementioned production processes.Top Candidate Will Have:
Certification in Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Infinity QS, PinPoint, Power BI or some other digitization application or tool.Additional information:
