**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Coordinate in-process and final product inspection. + Research causes product failures and implements corrective actions. + Implement improvements to the quality system as well as actions to prevent defects. + Perform customer returns (SR) analysis and respond to actions to prevent defects. + Monitor and report compliance with annual objectives, scrap and parts per million goals. + Coordinate non-conforming material (Process - Supplier). + Participate directly in process quality assurance of new products (Pilot Runs). + Verify the proper implementation of the quality system and its daily application. + Follow up on ASME “ American Society of Mechanical Engineers” certifications, + CSA “ Canadian Association”, PED “Pressure Equipment Directive”, UV, NB “National Board”, etc. + Support any project and/or improvement initiatives for Fromex by corporate or management. **Who You Are:** You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.
