What you can look forward to as Quality Engineer: Participate in and support the handling of identification of the customer quality requirement including CTQ, CTP quality characteristics, usage risk and approval requirement etc. during new project phase. Lead the customer annual audit and support customer system audit after SOP. Lead quick response, analysis of customer 0km issue, coordinate and follow-up the corrective actions and read across. Lead on in-process quality control process development and continuous improvements during new project development and mass production period. Lead in-process quality monitoring and improvement through FTQ improvement, Quality Cost and Scrap reduction, problem solving project etc. and take actions for continuous improvements on in-process quality metrics. Your Profile as Quality Engineer: Min. 3 years working experience in automotive manufacturing enterprises. Process Quality experience is required. Bachelor degree or above. Fluent in both written and oral English. Familiar with IATF16949, Quality tools, Poka Yoke, Project Management. Why you should choose ZF in Zhangjiagang?
