Quality Engineer
MAU is hiring a Contract Quality Engineer for Rexroth, A Bosch Company in Fountain Inn, SC. As a Contract Quality Engineer, you will support internal and external customers on all quality-related topics by investigating product and process deviations and driving corrective actions. This is a short-term, contract opportunity (3–6 months).

Shift Information Full-time schedule Short-term contract: 3–6 months On-site in Fountain Inn Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Education and Experience Knowledge of problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) Familiarity with APQP/PPAP processes Experience with Power BI, VBA, SAP Shainin Red X certification Prior experience working directly with external and international customers General Requirements Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to travel to customer sites as needed Comfortable presenting technical information internally and externally Essential Functions Lead the safe launch of new products and processes Present engineering changes to external customers and obtain approvals Investigate and resolve deviations during production or testing Conduct structured problem-solving activities Monitor and document customer quality KPIs in internal and external systems Lead and participate in cross-functional quality improvement projects Present quality initiatives to internal teams and customers Collaborate in new product development processes Maintain continuous and transparent communication with customers Act as liaison between the customer and production facility on quality matters Working Conditions Role is based at the Fountain Inn Plant (FniP), part of the Greater Greenville Area Work performed in a manufacturing and engineering environment
