**The Impact You'll Make**
Danfoss is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Team Leader to provide leadership in across the Fluid Conveyance division site level in Cerkezkoy, Tekirdag.
As a Quality Team Leader at Danfoss, you will oversee and lead the quality assurance team to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your role will involve coordinating quality control processes, developing quality improvement strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in monitoring and improving product quality across production processes.
+ Participate in internal audits and support external audits (e.g., customer or certification audits).
+ Analyze product non-conformities and support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation (e.g., 8D, 5Why).
+ Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to maintain quality standards.
+ Support PPAP, FMEA, CP and other quality documentation processes.
+ Maintain and update quality control documentation such as work instructions and inspection standards.
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen projects).
+ Work within a focus organizational structure that supports the focus KPI metrics.
+ Assist in calibration and maintenance of measurement and inspection equipment.
+ Provide support in customer complaint handling and follow-up actions.
+ Preparing the QC reports related to the customer requirements
+ Communicate and publish weekly/monthly quality activity report
**What We're Looking For**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
+ 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality-related environment (internships included).
+ Basic understanding of quality tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, Control Plans).
+ Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 is a plus.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Detail and target oriented, with a sense of responsibility combined with customer mindset.
+ Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
