Quality Engineer

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Performing quality inspections and measurements of components from current deliveries and approving them for production use.
+ Conducting tests on new and alternative supplier components, especially those after machining processes, to ensure compliance with technical requirements.
+ Preparing and managing quality documentation, including Measurement Result Reports (MRR) in case of non-conformities.
+ Developing and implementing control methods for components and finished products to maintain high quality standards.
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Engineering and Production, to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ A university degree in a technical field.
+ At least 2 years of experience in an Incoming Quality Control or similar role.
+ Communicative level of English (spoken and written).
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Experience in preparing and managing Measurement Result Reports (MRR) and other quality documentation.
+ Familiarity with the approval process for new suppliers and quality validation of their components.
+ Knowledge of quality control methods for both machined and injection-molded plastic parts.
+ Ability to develop and implement component and product inspection procedures.
+ Experience in training production staff on the use of measurement tools and quality standards.
+ Proficiency in archiving and managing measurement data in accordance with internal standards.
+ Participation in laboratory optimization or cost-reduction projects related to quality control.
