Overall Purpose\n
Optimize engineering performance for specified site\n
Ensure site team is fulfilling missions as related to engineering services\n
Promote positive changes and training at site pertaining to engineering services\n
Proactively recognize additional engineering services and recommend to customer\n
Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies and QMS\n

Responsibilities\n
Client relationship & Business development\n\n\n
Point of contact and TRIGO engineering representation within site, interface with customer on new mission set up\n\n\n
Ensures client satisfaction and building of solid relationships.\n\n\n
Ensures clear and transparent communication to all engineering clients at the site\n\n\n
Develops engineering business with existing clients and up selling (support provided by Sales for the quotation preparation and\/or negotiation)\n\n\n
Provides information on new client opportunities (to Sales teams) pertaining to operations and engineering\n\n\n
Assists in contributing to and\/or making proper engineering quotations within the site\n\n\n
Serves as liaison with client members pertaining to special client request\n\n\n

Responsible for engineering related costs and reports related to engineering missions to the customer\n\nDevelopment of inspection\/rework work instructions\n\n
Executes assessments\/audits as per guidelines on ongoing missions\n\n\n
Monitors site engineering missions for proper documentation\/information \n\n\n
Makes sure engineering tools and equipment are up-to-date, with accurate information\n\n\n
Ensures compliance with established engineering KPI's for site \n\n\n
Ensures continuous improvement to optimize engineering service within the site\n\n\n
Demonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents\n\n\n
Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies\n\n\n
Organization & management\n\n\n
Assists\/monitors overall services provided within site on a daily basis \n\n\n
Develops\/trains site teams to assist with engineering service as related to missions\n\n\n
Promotes workplace improvements and development\n\nCreate and present Root Cause Analysis reports and other reports as necessary\n\n
Technical \n\n\n
Analyzes engineering requirements within the site (existing or upcoming) \n\n\n
Assists in pulling additional engineering resources when needed to anticipate and address client needs\n\n\n
Develops additional engineering expertise on site as needed\n\n\n

Hard skills\n\nFull proficiency in local language\nProficiency in English\nComputer skills – Office and Outlook\nWork Instruction Writing\nStrong knowledge of PPAP,APQP, FMEA, GD&T\nSix Sigma methodology a bonus\nAbility to read and understand blueprints\nCorrective Action writing\nValid Drivers License as travel within Ontario is required\n\n
