In this dynamic position, you will be closely collaborating with global stakeholders, ensuring every process and product meets the high standards of excellence and safety!_
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Closely working with the Product Owner and Product Manager in elevating the LEGO Marketing Product Compliance Platform.
+ Responsible for compliance and quality assurance of LEGO Elements sets and for deliveries of loose LEGO Elements to customers and internally between the LEGO sites
+ Initiates test requests for products and materials/components in cooperation with the Testing & Certification team
+ Monitors changes in external and internal requirements and implements these into our own processes.
+ Continuously optimizes Quality assurance processes to achieve an optimal balance between invested resources and impact.
+ Be a contact person for Quality Incidents discovered at production sites that might affect LEGO Model Production
+ Supports activities from various projects, which require the coordination of testing for new materials
+ Drives root cause analyses in customer claims related to element business and supports the implementation and verification of relevant improvement actions

The main purpose of the Quality Engineer role in the Marketing Product Compliance team is to assure the compliance and top quality standard of LEGO bricks based marketing products.
The LEGO Quality in Markets & Channels organization is a global set-up and as part of the Marketing Product Compliance team you will support all physical LEGO marketing products across the globe.
The Quality Engineer uses a set of quality tools to avoid, or to mitigate potential Product Safety and Product Quality risks on newly designed, developed and manufactured products across all project phases.
The Quality Engineer furthermore plays a vital role in implementing the constantly evolving global Compliance requirements into our standard processes whilst at the same time striving for simplicity.
**Do you have what it takes?**
It would be great if you:
+ Have professional experience from a Global/International company
+ Are able to handle both routine, administrative tasks as well as project related tasks that require new solutions, or procedures
+ Can actively connect with partners in Europe, Asia and North America
+ Are proficient in English and possibly additional languages
It is an advantage if you have:
+ Experience in working with SharePoint, SAP
+ Experience with Manufacturing Quality processes
+ Technical background
+ Basic knowledge of EN 71 Toy Safety Standard
**The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.**
