Job Responsibilities:

岗位需求：
1) 本科及以上学历，理工科专业；                                                    
2) 精通汽车主机厂的质量要求以及问题解决方法；                                        
3) 较强的产品、组装工艺知识，熟悉门锁类产品；                              
4) 具备相关的质量工具知识，如SPC、DOE、APQP、PFMEA等；                               
5) 较强的GD&T形位公差相关的知识；                                                  
6) 良好的计算机使用技巧及英文听说读写能力；                                         
7) 关注细节，勇于质询；                                                              
8) 尽职尽责，灵活且快速反应；

 

工作内容：
1)在项目小组内提供质量支持并开发初始的质量保证计划；
2)在先期阶段理解产品在客户端的应用，定义客户接口的控制方法；
3)制订检具规划，并提供检具报价给BD作成品报价。检具的验收，制定操作规范并向相关人员提供培训；
4)制定关键特性追踪表并确保产品及生产过程的特殊特性在前期得到有效的控制和验证；
5)制定控制计划并组织跨部门小组进行评审，参与项目其它控制文件的评审；
6)审核、批准供应商SRCD，PPAP；
7)追踪和讨论测试计划完成并跟踪测试进度，PV测试问题责任判定并负责测试问题及时关闭；
8)向客户递交PPAP并获得批准；
9)在先期阶段牵头解决客户问题；
10)向检验员及作业人员提供相关质量方面的培训；
11)在先期阶段牵头解决LCC和项目生产质量问题，并确认改善效果；
12)ECN、新模具，制定零件和成品的测试验证计划，试装PTR，PPAP批准；
13)项目Lesson Learnt制定和交接；
14)遵守公司共享盘上规定的，以及员工手册规定的政策方针及工作程序，公司行为准则；
15)其它需要完成的任务。
