We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer with significant expertise in Data Analytics to lead quality improvement initiatives across our product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will blend strong analytical capabilities with a deep understanding of quality engineering principles, driving data-informed decision-making and root cause analysis.
This role will report to the Global Quality Department and will be engaged extensively with the Business Units, Global Services, Manufacturing, and R&D to ensure that customers’ expectations are met!
For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, with a strong emphasis on data analytics. Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools. Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Solid knowledge of quality standards and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, DOE). Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable quality improvements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Snowflake warehousing Platform is a plus. Excellent communication skills Ability to lead and drive issue management
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt or equivalent certification. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Semiconductor, electronics, medical devices, aerospace, automotive). Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive quality analytics. Familiar with working with large databases (ex. Snowflake) Experience with ERP and MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
