Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:Review and validate PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submissions including FAI, control plans, and process flow diagrams.Ensure all documentation and parts meet AS9100 / aerospace customer requirements.Conduct process audits, inspections, and verifications at supplier and in-house production sites.Collaborate with design, production, and supplier teams to ensure manufacturability and quality of aerospace components.Investigate and resolve non-conformances using root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5 Why, etc.).Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to reduce variation, defects, and cycle times.Support continuous improvement initiatives in line with lean and Six Sigma principles.Manage documentation related to quality assurance, change control, and regulatory compliance.

Work Experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering.3+ years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing quality preferably in an aerospace environment.In-depth knowledge of PPAP documentation and verification.Familiar with aerospace manufacturing processes such as machining, surface treatments, welding, NDT, and assembly.Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, and CAPA.
