Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to perform detailed analysis of customer returned parts and utilize findings to drive Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) improvements. The role involves preventing internal recurring failures and reducing risks by performing root cause analysis to identify and address existing issues. Responsibilities also include validating customer RMAs and issuing further actions to enhance manufacturing processes, supervising a team of six in the final inspection department, providing guidance, coaching, and training whenever necessary, and representing the QA in the material review board (MRB) for internal rejections.
ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed analysis of customer returned parts to drive CAPA improvements.Prevent internal recurring failures by conducting root cause analysis.Validate customer RMAs and take actions to improve manufacturing processes.Supervise a team of six in the final inspection department.Provide guidance, coaching, and training to the inspection team.Represent QA in the material review board for internal rejections.Essential SkillsProficiency in AS9102 standards.Experience in aerospace industry quality engineering.Ability to perform root cause analysis.Familiarity with first article inspections and corrective actions.Audit experience and MRB participation.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience as a Quality Engineer in connector line manufacturing.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
