You will be mainly accountable for:

Development of internal procedures and standards ensuring the highest possible level of quality in the production plantQuality planning in accordance with the requirements of the APQP standardDevelopment of control plans, initiation, implementation and coordination of corrective and preventive actionsFull support of assembly lines in ensuring qualityRaising quality awareness among employeesImplementation and maintenance of 5S principles in the workplaceConducting explanatory activities in the event of quality deviations, customer complaintsParticipation in the internal audit processControl of finished products (Outgoing Checklist)Support in repair programs for suppliers

Qualifications for the role

At least secondary technical education, preferably higher (mechanical, electronics, electrical engineering, qualitymanagement or related).Experience in working as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing company.Knowledge and experience in developing PPAP documentation is welcome.Ability to read technical drawings.Ability to communicate in English.Ability to work in a team and very good work organization.Systematicity in work.
