Description
- Oversee and continuously improve quality systems to uphold a standard of 100% customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests across manufacturing operations—products, components, and processes—ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Equip internal teams and suppliers with quality methodologies, tools, and data to drive consistent, defect-free output.
- Investigate reported quality issues and implement targeted improvements to resolve them effectively.
- Lead Return Material Authorization (RMA) analysis and manage both internal and external Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Perform statistical evaluations of production data and compile actionable reports for senior leadership based on documented quality metrics.
- Maintain and enhance compliance with Quality Management (QMS), Environmental (EMS), TL9000 Telecom Quality, and Occupational Health & Safety (OSHA) systems—includes process audits, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Act as the central manufacturing liaison for root cause analysis and long-term corrective/preventive action planning.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain to qualify and develop high-performance suppliers for both commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and customized components.
- Execute inspections on incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and final products to verify adherence to all quality specifications.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $77000.00 - $83000.00/yr.
