YOUR ROLE

As a Quality Engineer on our team, you’ll:

Tasks related to the quality process:

Participation in the preparation of internal audit plansPerforming process auditsSupporting the preparation of reports, providing data to the managementPreparation of scrap analysis, active participation in the red bin review process, elaboration of actions with the involvement of the process/production engineerManagement of HNS programs, creation of measurement tasks, supervision of SPC processesEngineering supervision of any safe launch inspection, taking corrective measures in case of found defects, implementing them with the manufacturer/process engineerLessons learned: application of own and other experience/gained in other areas

Customer-related tasks:

Registering and acknowledging customer complaints to the customer and managing customer portal up to date8D or other corrective action reports using quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, etc.)Keeping the complaint database up-to-date, adding action plans to the database of promotionsLiaising with customers on complaints, PPAP and manufacturing issues, and collaborating with the customer contact teamPreparation of PPAP documentation.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Higher educationProfessional knowledge of quality assurance tools and methods (APQP, FMEA, CP, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Pareto, Ishikawa, 8D, PDCA)Knowledge of standards: ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSASUnderstanding the processesAuditor Knowledge and PracticeIMDS and ES Test Planing knowledgeGood English language skills.
