Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and compile FAI packages in accordance with AS9102 standards.
• Utilize electronic ballooning software (e.g., DISCUS) to annotate engineering drawings.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to verify that parts conform to engineering specifications.
• Document and report any non-conformances, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
• Import FAI data into Net Inspect for digital tracking and reporting.
• Maintain and update inspection records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Generate and analyze reports to monitor quality trends and performance metrics
Work Experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering, specifically in FAI and Net Inspect.
• Proficiency in digital inspection tools and software, including Net Inspect and DISCUS.
• Strong knowledge of AS9102 standards and quality management systems.
• Basic understanding on AS9100.
• Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
