You will be responsible for establishing and implementing Quality and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) processes such as, but not limited to, incoming inspection, calibration of equipment, process control, customer and supplier complaint handling, Safety and Environmental policies and processes, and auditing of Quality and EHS processes. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Developing and implementing Quality and EHS processes that are commensurate with the Danfoss, regulatory, and statutory requirements. + Implementing/facilitating internal and external auditing of Quality and EHS processes. + Facilitating customer and supplier complaint handling. + Implementing and facilitating equipment calibration. + Facilitate monitoring and measuring practices as required by the business and standards. + Define and maintaining Quality and EHS policies and procedures. + Working closely with consultants and personnel throughout the organization to implement and control Quality/EHS initiatives. **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
