Quality Engineer Requisition ID: 44229 Job Location(s): Haiyan, CN Employment Type: Full Time Segment: Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment Job Function: Supply Chain and Operations Work Location Type: On-site **Job Responsibilities** - Lead to setup and maintain the QEHS system in factory, that support under local campus expert and headquarters in US. - Lead on internal audits include product/process/ISO/system audits. - Lead on external audits include IATF16949/ISO9001/ISO14001/PED/ETL... - Lead on internal and external saftey checks or audits . - Lead and visualize continues improvement activities. - Work with cross function team to drive FMEA, CP and SOP update during prevent actions - Optimize current processes/documents according to IATF16949/ISO9001 requirements and Danfoss Business System(DBS) requirements - Production quality daily monitoring and support - Process quality KPIs monitor and improve - Contribute on comps and parts localization projects as quality member **Background & Skills** • Minimum of BS Degree in engineering or quality management background • 3+ years working experience on quality function, familar with total quality management and IATF core tools(APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) • Be capable of independently conducting quality failure analysis, identifying the root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive measures. • Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills. • Logical and clear, possessing systematic thinking and the ability to withstand pressure. • English is working language(spoken and written). • ISO/IATF internal auditor certificate is preffered. • Lean experience and 6 sigma certificate a plus. • Automotive industry experience a plus. • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to predict risks. **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
