Roles & Responsibilities:

Document current Quality systemUnderstand regulatory, legal, and other requirements that apply to workstreamCreate and/or revise aspects of Quality Management System (QMS)Work with various stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met in the QMSOwn QMS update processWork with stakeholders to ensure adoption of QMS practicesRevise QMS based on feedback and with all stakeholder input and approval

Exempt Salary Range: $58K - $65K DOE

Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Degree in Quality engineering, technical writing, or equivalent3-5 years minimum of relevant experienceManufacturing experience requiredQuality Mangement System experience requiredExhibits successful ability with indirect leadership of diverse teams deploying complex processesDisplays strong analytical skills including data query writing and developmentMust be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

Desired Skills:

Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience a plusPrevious experience with electro-mechanical products preferredPrevious experience with aerospace industry preferredProficient with GD&T conceptsDemonstrated capacity to meet aggressive deadlines while achieving excellent business resultsShows very strong written and oral communication skills to all stakeholdersEstablished ability to manage multiple complex projects at onceExperience working in multicultural environments and with others of diverse backgrounds preferred
