What you will do:

·         Investigate and manage customer complaints

·         Investigate and manage internal and supplier deviations

·         Internal auditing

·         Document Management

·         Support production

Who you are:

·         Demonstratable success in improving processes to reduce defects

·         In depth knowledge and use of quality tools and techniques, including Lean

·         Have a good understanding of ISO9001 and its requirements

·         Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·         Excellent time management and prioritization skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

·         Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role in a manufacturing environment working with steel and NDT requirements

·         Internal auditing to ISO9001
