Under broad supervision, responsible for conducting internal quality controls concerning particular areas or company products to insure they fulfill given quality procedures and norms. Monitors and records inconsistencies with quality procedures and norms. Prepares quality analyses and recommends necessary quality procedures changes. Records and analyzes customer claims. Prepares reports on rejected or defective products.
