This includes overseeing quality-related tasks from component inspection to customer relations, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, participate in audits, and handling complaints. The role also involves participating in the introduction of new products, providing internal quality training, and maintaining quality management system documentation. Essentially, the role aims to ensure high-quality production standards and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. **Your main responsibilities:** + Supporting production in quality-related tasks, overseeing the manufacturing process from components to customer relations. + Recording the quality results of production lines, providing feedback to the lines, and initiating corrective actions. + Actively participating in processing and evaluating workplace inspection experiences, developing and implementing any necessary changes. + Supervising and, if necessary, executing the scrapping process. + Participating in the product approval process (VPC management). + Participating in the introduction of new products, joining projects from DP5. + Performing tasks prescribed in the instructions of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. + Conducting internal quality training, ensuring our processes are understood by related functions. + Preparing, maintaining, and following quality procedures. + Preparing inspection instructions as part of the Standard Work. + Approving Standard Work and JES documents. + Participating in annual internal audits according to relevant procedures (internal audit, process audit). + Constantly maintaining the documentation of the quality management system. + Preparing monthly reports. + Handling complaints. + Performing tasks prescribed in the Integrated Management System (IMS) to the best of your ability. + Executing occupational safety tasks related to your role (see attachment “HSE responsibilities”). + Performing and documenting the minimum activities related to your job role in the MJR (Minimum Job Role). **Your background:** + Degree in technical education + Ideal skills for the position: Quality Engineer, Mechanical Engineer + Fluent English + Quality (quality management) qualification + Several years of experience in a similar position at production multinational companies is beneficial. **What’s in it for you?** Whether it’s developing leadership skills or advancing your expertise even further, we’ll support you with continuous learning and development opportunities, to help discuss and steer your long-term Grundfos career path.
