Quality Engineer, Data Center, Fluid Connectors Asia Pacific Location : Taipei, Taiwan Job Family : Quality Job Type : Regular Posted : Mar 10, 2025 Job ID : 55260 Back to Search Results Job Description Apply Now > Save JobJob Saved Position Summary: This position directly report to FCG AP Quality Manager , accountable for + Provide customer satisfaction through quality related involvement, such as after sales field service, technical support and troubleshooting on Parker products + Provide the liaison between sales company, manufacturing locations , build and execute communication plans to proactively and reactively address quality issue + Coordinate sample submission & qualification, PPAP submission. + Build knowledge and relationships at Parker manufacturing and Design Control location worldwide. + S upport and meet the objectives and goals of Quality. + RPPM + IPML + LTA/LTR Job Responsibility: + Build trust with customer base in Taiwan, China, Vietnam, Thailand. Represents divisions by interfacing with customers , handle customers’ quality claims in timely manner. + Build and execute communication plans to proactively and reactively address quality issue + Conduct on-site troubleshooting / investigation supervising by division + Coordinate failure samples return and replacement. + Coordinate and follow up the execution of containment action + Coordinate problem solving (root cause analysis) and corrective action with manufacturing location and sales company. + Follow up the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. + Ensure the closure of customer claim in timely manner. + Coordinate with manufacturing location to ensures PPAP submission is in full compliance with requirements and/or contract; + Work with sales manager, customer and R&D engineer on New Product Development, assist in communicating with customer, collecting feedback and solving any potential application issues. + Support manufacturing location to manage Change Notification. + Prepare customer quality monthly report. + Support business growth strategic and annual objectives. Qualifications: + Degree / Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent + Able to facilitate, implement, investigate, plan, and conduct effectiveness reviews for corrective action plans. + More than 5 years working experience in quality organization, with customer quality experience. Knowledge of APQP,PPAP, D/PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA,etc. + Good communication skills and self-management and team spirit. + Excellent attention to details, high level of sense of urgency and self-motivation . Good problem-solving skill, logical thinking. + Able to work independently and under pressure, willing to travel. + Fluent in Chinese and English and proficient computer literate + Understand ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 standards Additional comments: + The essential functions have been provided as examples of the type of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification.
