YOUR ROLE
As a Quality Eng Leader on our team, you’ll:
Customer-related tasks:
In the event of a critical quality problem, critical PPAP or project, initiates and maintains direct contact with customers for continuous and appropriate communication, visits customers and represents the organization's quality managerensures and supervises the feedback given on the customer complaints in terms of quality and timely fulfillmentensures that the appropriate analytical tools are used to reliably solve and eliminate the problem (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa etc.)Develops and introduces methods and measures that serve customer satisfactionMonitoring of customer SCORECARDS and contacts the customer in case of non-compliance, initiates and implements measures to improve the low score. All tasks related to customer satisfactionMonitors feedback on projects in terms of quality and timely completionMonitors customer requirements and ensures that they are taken into account during production and documentationTasks related to the lifting process:
Supporting efficient production in the production area and on production lines in the quality and time according to customer requirements;In problematic areas - where scrap is extremely high - preparing scrap analysis, developing actions with the involvement of the process/production engineer, initiating workshops.In the event of a blocking, if the analysis proves it, it initiates the scrapping, with appropriate justification and by providing corrective measuresresponsible for ensuring that a product of the right quality is manufactured and delivered according to customer needs.Supervises the preparation of flowcharts, manufacturability studies, technological instructions (Control Plan), and actively participates in the writing of production documents to be prepared in groups (e.g. FMEA);It develops relevant metrics (KPIs) for the field, which are continuously monitored and reported regularly.Lessons learned: application of own and other experience/gained in other areasAPQP/PPAP related tasks:
coordinates the development of processes, and supports and supervises the project with appropriate resourcesWorks closely with the Customer's engineers in the introduction of new productsEnsures that appropriate capability tests and measurement system analyses are carried out and documentedPlays the role of a professional mentor in the team.YOUR BACKGROUND
