Part of the Quality EMEA org and active member of the Data Analytics & Insight CoE (Center of Excellence) the position will critically contribute to maintain, improve and support Quality Data and inherent tools for the Regional function and support On Demand request through the entire function.

**About the role**
+ Working as a member of the Quality EMEA Function and reporting to the Quality EMEA CI & CX Senior Manager, the **Data Analyst - Quality EMEA** , will be part of the **Quality EMEA Data Analytics & Insights Center of Excellence (CoE) team** coordinated and supervised by the Quality Data Insights CoE Lead.The incumbent will have the responsibility to contribute, maintain and operate the Data Analytics & Insights CoE model to centralized, standardize and improve the way the Quality EMEA function manage Quality Data and support the Quality Function operations and on flight demand in that space. This will include process data analysis, support to Metrics Dashboard technical design and Data management process improvement activities.The role will have to develop and build internal capabilities and tools to capture and measure process efficiency and restitute Data in a strong collaboration and partnership with the different stakeholders and functions in the Organizations. The incumbent will also have the role to bring data insight analysis in some specific sphere such as Complaint Management by putting in place a solid Data capture framework and analysis, Quality support, mindset and partnership.The Quality Analyst will be a key partner of the overall Quality organization in EMEA and particularly to the Customer Quality Relation team to provide accurate Data by the deployment of Data Insight methodologies, Tools implementation and Technology deployment.
**Main responsibilities will include:**
+ Responsible to support the Quality EMEA Data Analytics & Insights CoE framework and operating model accordingly to the Governance model in place.
+ Maintain, Develop and support the Quality EMEA Data management framework by providing professional adherences to processes in place and proposing constant improvement to the current design.
+ Provide tools and methodology for Data capture and measurement points.
+ Foster an environment for best practice in that sphere by sharing and communicating across all locations and Staff associates.
+ Support KPI definition and monthly Metrics capture.
+ Support and influence similar projects across the organization (Quality), providing Data Insight expertise.
+ Connection to the Country and functional Quality in EMEA: e.g. on request of Country and functional quality, provide support, investigations and data analytics.
+ Complies with all local and regional quality regulations and compliance when appropriate and with all business policies and procedures.
+ Ability to operate and support change across a multi-cultural sphere.
+ Must have a passion for and ensure that process improvement driven by fact based data capture, Quality and Customer Experience (CX) must be a priority.
+ Develop expertise within the Data meanings and Dashboarding area.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver with excellence.
+ Be hands on, "go & see mentality" at point of change (available and active on the floor).
**About you:**
+ Strong knowledge and experience in Data Capture & Data Insights analysis and methodology
+ Experience with Data Insights tools and technology such as Power BI, Excel, Qualtrics (or similar), Sharepoint, Microsoft Team and others.
+ Ability to deploy Office 365 concepts and mindset within an organization to improve collaboration, knowledge sharing and data insights
+ Bare minimum skillset around Project Management within a regulated environment and Med Tech environment (preference, but not required)
+ Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, including a strong soft skill set to work in a matrix environment, influence skill, diverse environment adaptation, stakeholders management...
+ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities with varying impact.
+ Ability to work independently and influence, with and without direct authority, associates, staff associates, site management, and senior business management.
+ Ability to manage cross-functional topics with geographically diverse teams.
+ Experience with Data Insights, developing tools, methodologies and processes, writing procedures and training groups of associates
+ Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and a track record of problem resolution
+ Knowledge of data management and reporting tools/systems.
+ Ability to travel regularly (10% of the time) in the region (EMEA scope).
