We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Quality Documentation Specialist to assist with a major system migration and support document control operations. This project is perfect for someone with experience in quality assurance, document management, or SOP writing who wants to make a difference by ensuring regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy at a well-respected pharmaceutical packaging leader!

What You'll Do as a Quality Documentation Specialist:

Assist with the migration of a paper-based Quality Management System into an electronic system (Veeva QMS)Support document control efforts: reviewing, editing, organizing, and filing SOPs, batch records, work instructions, and formsCollaborate with Quality Assurance and cross-functional teams to ensure documentation accuracyProofread and correct technical material for clarity and consistencyManage routing, approvals, and record-keeping within the new system

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

Prior experience in quality, documentation control, or a similar role (especially in manufacturing or regulated industries)Strong attention to detail and organization skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe (fillable/editable formats)Experience with Veeva or other electronic QMS is a big plusAbility to follow SOPs and work independentlyBilingual in English/Spanish (not required, but a great asset!)
