Electrification & Automation

The Electrification & Automation (E&A) Business Unit offers the full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for all markets and through all sales channels. We provide reliable power distribution grids of today while investing in our Future Grids portfolio to create the power distribution grid of the future.

We are looking for a Quality Documentation Coordinator.  This position is based in Roebuck, SC.  In this position you will, support our Quality and Engineering teams.  This role focuses on managing documentation, tracking changes, and coordinating information flow between departments.  The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in document control or quality systems.   

Shift Hours:  8am-5pm

Hourly Wage:  $24.65/hr to $26.75/hr, pending experience

Responsibilities

​Oversee comprehensive document control by maintaining quality system documentation, tracking and distributing engineering changes, organizing and filing technical documents, and managing document revision control to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance. Oversee database and systems administration by entering and tracking quality data across various platforms, maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets and databases, generating regular status reports, and organizing electronic filing systems to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.Coordinate cross-departmental communication by scheduling and leading team meetings, tracking action items, ensuring timely follow-ups, and processing documentation requests. ​Support the quality system by assisting with supplier documentation, tracking quality metrics and generating reports, maintaining audit files and records, and supporting document control processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years experience in administrative or document control role Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel / Word) Experience with electronic filing systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with document control software Document control experience
